Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work for PlanArmory ("we," "us," or "our") subscription plans and services.
Free Plan
The Free plan does not require payment and is not subject to this Refund Policy.
Paid Subscriptions (Pro Plan)
Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to all Pro features until your billing period expires
- Your account reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends
- Previously generated business plans remain accessible on your account
Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions ($29/month) are billed at the start of each billing cycle
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
- Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions ($278/year) are billed as a single payment at the start of the subscription year
- If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal, you may request a full refund, provided you have not generated more than 2 business plans during that period
- After 14 days, no refunds are issued for annual subscriptions — your access continues until the end of the annual billing period
Refund Eligibility
We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- Service outage: Extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) preventing you from using the Service during your billing period
- Duplicate charges: Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded in full
- Technical failure: If we are unable to deliver a business plan due to a persistent technical issue on our end (not due to user input or third-party API issues)
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Business plans that have been successfully generated and delivered
- Partial billing periods after cancellation (monthly plans)
- Downgrade from Pro to Free (remaining access continues until billing period ends)
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (business plans are generated by AI and results may vary — see our Terms of Service for disclaimers)
- Credit packages for AI Chat (one-time purchases are non-refundable)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@planarmory.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and the reason for your request
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first at hello@planarmory.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. The updated policy applies to purchases made after the effective date.
